D2 and Subscription DRM

Can't get the D2 with the newest beta firmware to sync with subscription services. Has any one else had this experience? Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I'll reply to my own problem b/c I just figured it out! You must select MTP on the player under settings in order to sync with subscription files. Such an easy thing, and yet tech support had no clue. What is wrong with you people?????
