My Theme preview.

I am looking for a graphics artist who can help me with some icons. I can do a lot of the simple stuff and I know how to build a good theme but designing some original icons I'm not always that good at as you will see in this image, the wrench and mic are very bad.

Please let me know what you all think and if you are interested in helping defiantly let me know. I had to take a pic as I don't know how to take a screenshot.
