I recently decided to sell my Q5 so I formatted it using my PC running Windows 7 (NOTE- I didn't use the format function that is accessed by booting into Q5's recovery mode!). As expected, afterwards the Q5 drive was totally empty. I came to start it up to show a potential buyer today and it just freezes at the startup screen. Is there somewhere I can go to get all the factory default files so that I can put them back on the Q5 so it will load up? What are my options?
NOTE - I have tried the latest firmware but I get a message saying "firmware not found" Yes I have put the firmware in the right place and followed instructions. Thank you for any help provided. |
