Dead S9 and how to get an RMA
Can anyone advise me how to get an RMA from Cowon for my dead S9?
Btw, I registered with support to begin the process but haven't received any eMail confirming my registration (which I gather I should have gotten). Regards, Charles

The camera is slow. Instead of taking 30 Frames Per Second (FPS), it takes 1/2 FPS. Ive downloaded the latest software, made sure that it was the only USB device running, turned off the RightLight software, checked all the forums and searched the internet for anything to get the frame rate up even near 15 FPS.
