Not sure if you mean the specific shuffle bug or the full music mode - ogg incompatibility. I asked about the later one not long ago and I think several others have done that previously. Below is the answer from Cowon, not very encouraging I'm afraid. Still, the more people that bug them about it the better, maybe they'll take notice sometime...
