Iaudio 6 connection Problem...

ok this problem is freaking me out.....when the first time I brought this no problem and after abt 2 months when I start to connect to my PC windows promote me to format it and even worst is jetshell cannot find the device but on the screen of the player itself say it is connected so does anyone had the problem ...I look through the this forum and it seem that ppl problem was not solve as no reply was make is cowon doing anywork I was wondering did they really come to forum and see the problem or is this web site is dead...now no new mp3 can upload to player no new firmware to update player since my Iaudio totally cannot get connected to pc wht shld I do now go to service center and get repair for 2 weeks or more think it is wasting time ...since quite alot of ppl problem was not solve when they send to service center but was replace a set and the problem will still come back feel regrat to buy Iaudio since so many problem not just me but others too....

Would recommend contacting your areas technical support department. If the player is no longer detected by any PC you connect it to, there isn't much else you can do except see if resetting the player helps and contacting your area's tech support department.

The player is no longer detected by any PC you connect it to, there isn't much else you can do except see if resetting the player helps and contacting your area's tech support department.
