Mailed broken Cowon, Received Broken Cowon in the mail.
This is great! I mailed them everything just as they said, they knew I had a broken headphone jack that only transmits to the right channel and they refuse to fix it. Why is this? Will they fix it if I RMA, AGAIN!?
This is horrible, it's still under manufacturer's warranty and it's not like plugging headphones in is missuse. This is the worst customer support experience I've ever had. |

Try contacting tech support to find out what the issue was and if it was repaired or not. Make sure to have the RMA number ready so they can check on this and see how they can help you.
