cannot display korean (installed lang pack)

I installed the korean language pack, I deleted the entire library, and re-added songs... still i get the muffled language in english... can you read "CBCE98~1.MP3" it should say "CB Mass (CB 매스) - 12 - 행복하면 됐잖아 (Feat. Bobby Kim)" although if you dont have korean on your computer i guess you see abunch of boxes or something... anyways... help me see korean in the jetaudio 7 please~ image attached

You need to change Language settings for non-Unicode programs.

Goto Control Panel -> Regional and Language options then,

Click Languages tab -> Click "Install files for East Asian..." button.

Click Advanced tab -> Choose Korean for "Language for non-Unicode..." combo box.
