BUG [minor]: Peak-hold bar incorrect when multiple spectrum windows are opened

Description:
When there are N spectrum windows opened, at most N - 1 of them may have incorrect peak-hold bars.

Version:
JetAudio 7.0.0.3001 Basic

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start JetAudio.
2. In JetAudio, open the external spectrum window and the Media Center. Set the three spectrum windows in JetAudio, External Spectrum and the Media Center to peak-hold bars.
3. Observe carefully. Two of the spectrum windows may have some bars floating up before the spectrum goes to the height of the bar.

Haha, that's just because I too much liked peak hold bars... In fact I don't /need/ to look at them very often, but I just like to look at them...
