Someone is trying to use my account

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. I've gotten this email twice today. The IP is not mine and I hadn't logged into this account in over a month. I tried looking for a place to report abuse, but was unable to find anything. Who should I notify?

It's a pretty well known attempted spamming attack by some dumb spambot (read all about it elsewhere, eg over on http://www.iaudiophile.net/forums/). The user's ISP doesn't seem to want to close him down for whatever reason.

Me too. I trace it to this ip address 74.53.243.34 which belongs to The Planet.com I sent their legal and complaints department a complaint.

I have been getting emails form the forum, that someone from 74.53.243.34
was trying to access my account, not my ip address how do I unsubscribe from the forum?

I took a glance at the list over who is on line; there where 3 members + 343 guests, most of which are Yahoo! Slurp Spider, viewing threads and member profiles. Take a look for yourself under the tab Quick Links/Who's Online.
