[Bug] jetAudio switches from all speakers to just center speaker

Serious bug I've had recently, causing me to switch to a different media player, which is irritating, because I really liked jetAudio, and have been using it for a couple of years.

For some reason when I've played a video, part the way through the file, not at any particular point (I tried this twice), the sound has suddenly switched from using all of my 5.1 speakers, to just the center speaker, and I can't change it back without completely reinstalling jetaudio. I know its not a problem with my speakers, I checked them in both my sound card options, and in WMP.

Was using the latest version of jetAudio 7.0.3 I believe?
I'll gladly switch back if it can be fixed.

happens with ONLY one video or all video files?
video has dual-audio or something? try switching it.

Seemed to be only on video (standard XVID video, only one audio track), but I tried reinstalling it again this morning, and it did it on an audio file. I'm at a complete loss as to why it keeps happening. I haven't changed anything on my system.

I found a way to bring back the rest of the speakers though, I played a file in Winamp at the same time as jetAudio, and it seemed to sort itself out.

then may be you need a driver update for your sound care.

Nope, using XP Pro, haven't ever seen a problem like this before. Doesn't seem to make any sense. For now it seems to have fixed itself...
