Has Anyone Else Had Problems With Support?
I guess my biggest problem is that I can't get support because I have to be registered to do so, but I am still awaiting my "activation" e-mail. I actually registered using two different e-mail addresses (I had seen the warning that Cowon couldn't access certain e-mails from certain e-mail providers - that's a good sign in a "technical" company), and haven't gotten an activation e-mail on either. Registered Thurs. afternoon and Fri. morning; no response as of Saturday morning.
