RMA Status Question

I sent my Cowon D2 for warranty because the LCD touchscreen stopped working. However, I received a weird RMA status progress, I want to know if my Cowon is repaired or not because judging from the status, it said UNITCHECK twice then SHIPBACK which I don't have a clue if they resolved my D2's screen problem yet. What exactly does SHIPBACK mean and how do I know if they repair my unit? Will they say UNITREPAIR or something?

Can someone help out? I'm so clueless and I don't know what Cowon is doing to my MP3, I am worried Cowon will send back my D2 without fixing it.

Yea, but you didn't state clearly rather if the Cowon will have it fix or not. They only labeled as UNITCHECK which I am assuming they have inspected my D2 but there is nowhere they said REPAIR or RESOLVED which sort of skipped a step to SHIPBACK. I'm sure SHIPBACK means the item is ready to get shipped back but I don't know if they fixed it or not according to the substatus.

it's likely they did fix it. if not then i would send back with a complaint.
