RMA Status Question
I sent my Cowon D2 for warranty because the LCD touchscreen stopped working. However, I received a weird RMA status progress, I want to know if my Cowon is repaired or not because judging from the status, it said UNITCHECK twice then SHIPBACK which I don't have a clue if they resolved my D2's screen problem yet. What exactly does SHIPBACK mean and how do I know if they repair my unit? Will they say UNITREPAIR or something?
Can someone help out? I'm so clueless and I don't know what Cowon is doing to my MP3, I am worried Cowon will send back my D2 without fixing it. ![]() |

it's likely they did fix it. if not then i would send back with a complaint.
