the tiny pieces ot plastic that hook through those two metal loops snapped off today. Without those two pieces of plastic the battery cover wont close anymore...this really ****s. anyways does the warranty cover thing kinda thing?

Yes, i think that is covered by warranty. eXity had a similar problem some time ago with his CW300 and it was promptly fixed by Tech Support.

Nope, actually it was my CW200. Just send in your unit and jetAudio will fix it real fast.
