Ive been here a long while now helping out on the forums and trying get people broadcasting.
But lately Im getting increasingly fed up of the lack of ANY REAL SUPPORT on these forums from anyone who is actualy employed by the company and it looks like the dont realy care either.... All support is left to the few fools (myself included) who volunterily try to help users in their free time while Development sit on their arses doing Dog knows what. Jetcast is bug ridden and dosent get anybetter no matter howmany upgrades there are. There is no feedback from anyone in the company. The YP never works. Downloads are slow as slugs in glue. and then you discover the software wasnt worth the effort. The jetcast plugin is a complete joke and should never have been released. Bug reports go unanswerd. Whats going on here? So many people come here with dreams of broadcasting and go away thinking its a piece of crap and to be honest they are totaly right. Jetcast is not getting a good reputation from this shoddy software. I suggest Development do something constructive and soon. My impressions on Team Jet: Could and should do better. Well its been 21 days (3 weeks) so far and still no responce.
That just about sums up the quality of the service here. |

I completely agree with Amplex9.
Jetaudio are losing their reputations day by day. If they are a nomal company and their products have many bugs, they should reply in forums or state any comments on webpages. There have been NO OFFICIAL SUPPORT here. |
