But My Question Is Why To Do So If You Know That It Will Create Problems ?
They Should First Solve Major Bugs And Then Go For Such Small Bugs. There Are Many Major Bugs In Latest Release.

Can you reply about my problem which is about the playlist I will become mad about it>> It is here in the same topic message number 83>>>> here is a copy for the post:

the problem is after upgrading I can not set the position of the playlist (to be in the top, left, right, down) as in the perivous version.

Also the time loading of the playlist dose not fixed [ The thread that explain this problem is in here: Playlist Problem [a lot of albums = Slow program] This problem was since version 7 and I already post this problem in the technical support site in the last month and you requested to upload my playlist and I did that but there is no further reply from you about it>

there is another bug which is not fixed from version 8 which is about the playlist after choose to edit tags from the playlist menu the playlist dose not go to the hide state as before otherwise it stick in the front screen> please fix that as I said it was from version 8 see the picture

Although, I could not reproduce this problem, I know this bug from jetAudio version 5 (yes, ever since the new skinning system). I have reported it a few times, but no one ever paid any attention.

Allow me to explain the nature of the problem.

First of all, it doesn't happen most of the time. So, reproducing it is a matter of luck and patience.

Some examples of this problem:

• main window > click send to tray > right click on the place where jetAudio main window was (you have to do it rather fast/instantly)
• most of the times, the right click menu of what is behind jetAudio window will appear
• however, sometimes, you'll get the right click menu of jetAudio even though you right clicked on some other program or desktop!
• if you had left clicked instead of right click, it is possible
  • to click on any jetaudio button (play, stop, progress bar, mute) [really annoying]
  • bring up track selection menu etc
• this clearly proves that even though you sent jetAudio to tray or minimized it, sometimes it behaves as if it is still not minimized; staying in there invisibly for some time.

another variation of the problem:

• when you open any new jetAudio window (media center, playlist, lyric viewer, video window etc)
• for a brief moment, if you are (un)lucky and fast enough, clicking on the window will behave like you are clicking on the main window
• as if, when you open a new window
  • it loads the desired window visuals
  • it loads the main window (not visually; only hotspots/clickability)
  • then changes the hotspots into the desired window's

I believe THIS is where the problem lies. It is a fundamental design flaw in your skinning system. Also, if your skinning system is threaded, there might be some thread synchronization issue also.

I'm using 8.0.1.
Speed is not working. After clicking it, no menu appears.


EDIT: jetaudio now has control buttons in aero peak. awesome!
add in a few tasks in it (in the right click menu)
for example, play, open, rip, convert etc.

jetaudio removes itself from taskbar if AoT (always on top) is set on.
for the controls in aero peak to work better, add the ability to change this behavior.
please, do not remove this feature. it is helpful to many, just add the ability to turn it off.

God I do not know why they always ignore me even in the technical support site they said to reply ASAP about it (I mean here the playlist loading problem) (It is actually not a problem it is a bug) but there is no reply from them from more than 20 days I wonder why they do that??? then if it is not a bug please say it that the program does not support a big number of albums and shut down the problem and that is it and stop wasting the user time>>>>

this is not really a bug. you can call it a design flaw. the playlist window is trying to cache all the albums so that it can display things instantly when you select different album. so large number of album = insane amount of time to cache.

the work around is to load album data as needed or dispatching a thread to handle the loading in background.

Thank you for replying, you are the first one who felt about my problem and give an idea about it, I have a huge collection for classic music which I arranged and stored in the jetaudio media center (about 3000 album) every time I want to load or change anything in the playlist the program hang for about 15-20 min which as you said it is insane. the strange thing this is not happening when I want to open the media center even the program hang for 30 second but this is incomparable with the playlist loading time so why they not design the playlist as the way the media cente recognize the albums this will be much easier way to get rid of the problem but they rarely listen to the user's idea.

By the way I did not catch what you meant about:
