iAUDIO 4 Firmware Upgrade Problem!!

Hi!
I upgrade my iAUDIO 4 firmware version 1.52c to version 1.60a (USA version). After the firmware upgrade program shows "complete", I disconnect the USB cable and turn off the player.
Now, the problem: when I turn on the player after the firmware upgrade, the inicialization stop in "i audio" screen, sometimes in green and sometimes in red color, never in "all colors flashing normal initialization". Other problem: the Windows 2000 can't recognize the player, so I can't upgrade the firmware again and I can't format the device.
PLEASE: WHAT CAN I DO??

I haven't headr about that issue before. You try to contact tech support (via mail for example) as I don't think you can receive more help from us forum users.

Yes, I solved my big problem!!!
Do you know how??
After many and many tries and stress, I´ve connected the usb connector to the iAUDIO 4 with the player turned OFF! After the connection, I turn on the player and the computer has recognized it!!! I open a BIG smile!!!
The next step is obvious: I upgrade the firmware again and use the "Safely Remove Hardware utility " to disconnect the player!! Just this!!
On the first time, when the problem appears, I haven´t used the "Safely Remove Hardware utility"!! Maybe this caused the problem! I do not know! But my problem is solved!
Now, I'm enjoying this GREAT mp3 player!!!
