When inserting a CD, Jet audio automatically checks the CD title etc with CDDB. However, if I remove the CD and insert another, Jet audio does not check the new CD, but continues to show the details of the first CD. I have to restart Jet audio before the 2nd CD is checked. I have P3 850, XP home user, Jet Audio 6.0.0.4806 Plus. I have had this problem with Win ME, and on other machines.

I have the exact same problem, even after upgrading from
Jetaudio 4.5 to 6.0.5 The only way I can burn two different CD's one after another is to QUIT and RESTART Jetaudio. That is just too stupid! there must be a solution to this problem- I can't believe there aren't more complaints! I have JA version 6.0.5, running on WinXP Pro SP2 |

I hear ya. It's really the only problem I have with JetAudio and it's HIGHLY annoying.

Re: CD insertion
Hi,
An old thread still lives on.... This still exists with JA here in August 2009..... Wish it didn't.... Have had occasional luck by clicking on FILE then back to disc. SOmetimes it will re-read the cd drive and detect a changed cd in place.... usually tho it doesn't. Any ideas ? SD1 |
