ToolBar Option request.

ToolBar is nice as is, better than none.
Buttt.......
I'm finding the ability to place cursor over the tiny area to pop it up from auto hide mode quite a task. It gets harder with more windows open, even if always ontop is selected.

Request:
Possibilty 1:
An option to set the amount of time for the cursor being left over the " space " used by toolbar to pop it up when in autohide mode.
Possibilty 2:
Maybe just pop it up every time cursor moves over the space and an option to allow this action to let it pop up or not.

P.S. A feature request sticky thread would be great also. When a feature gets fullfilled then it could be deleted and added to first thread as a number, short description, and marked as done or not going to happen...
Where should a feature request be made at around here by the way?

EDIT:
At this very moment I only have an explorer window and Maxthon (MYIE 2) open, Playlist at top in auto hide and toolbar at bottom in auto hide mode, the new spectural ontop and I can't see or make the toolbar pop up from auto hide mode. It's just simply gone. "Bug"?
I had to double click tray icon twice to get the tiny edge focused again or minimize everything. Not friendly way to get to it or atleast not my preferred way. Yeah Yeah just don't use auto hide I guess.
Or the hotkey for giving jetAudio focus. Hum what is it? LOL
Windows XP sp1a with display options set for perfomance, so It's kinda looking like Win98
