The Infoviewer is only at the Basicversion popping up and this is normal für Shareware i think ;-)
If you want full control, you have to buy the Fullversion.

My disagreement is that it is not stated as such. If it was STATED that the basic version is ad-supported shareware, then there would be no problem. But the website gives the impression that the basic version is freeware without certain features contained in the Plus version. This is shown in the side-by-side comparisons of the Basic to the Plus. No mention is made of popup ads or the basic version being shareware. And no all shareware does not have popups Those that state they do, I can avoid. So I would be perfectly happy is Cowon started stating on their website that the basic version is ad-supported shareware. I'm not looking for full control, I just don't want to be annoyed by unexpected popups that the website failed to mentioned would be the cost of using their software. That's all. Now, That's easy.

hm... i think this is an thing, you better send cowon by using the support system. HEre in the Forum, nobody can help you with that problem. :-(

No, not e-mail cowon... but you can use the live support.
than you can chat with someone from cowon.

I have chat with somebody about my skin upload problem and he answered.
So you can try do it too ;-)
But here in the forum , we can´t fix that kind of problem.
I just can give you an tip: If you build an skin, than you can do something to kill the window ;-)

I need subfolders in album management window. I want to sort albums by style, for example. Drug'n'drop between subfolders may be added. Without this I need addition music catalog program.

Subfolders in playlist window are also very useful (like in Apollo player). It make navigation between albums more suitable.

Thank you for player with the best sound. I wish interface will be also the best in future.
