iaudio 4 firmware install problem

When I try to install iAUDIO4_Firmware_1.60.exe on any of my win xp boxes, I get a windows error "...has encountered a problem and needs to close..."

Suggestions?

Has anyone else noticed the poor download connection from:
http://www.jetaudio.com/download/
