Unable to reach you by email
All messages sent to Cowon, iAudio from any account are reflected back and reported as SPAM.
I have been trying to communicate with support via email for more then two weeks. |

Thats normal here at cowon !!! They dontīt reply any Mails, they donīt monitor the Board, they donīt have any service... !![]()

if some of you have been trying to reach tech forget about them emailing you back they won't i tryed 4 times and nothing here is their phone number though,

E-mailing
There could be a problem with your domain server. Have you tried e-mailing using a different service? If you haven't, give it a try.

Bullshit !
Our mail servers working very properly ! The Problem is on COWON not on the Users ! I hate it, if someone want to tell me stuff like that ! I have send about 20 emails to cowon. just 2 was answerd (but only by a bot) I have send 6 Skins to cowon... no reply, no action... ! @ all my other mails to any other people was replyed. So donīt tell us , we have an e mail service problem !!! Thats not funy !

Have you tried a different service to get to e-mail then? Also, please refrain from using fowl language. Thanks.

eh... you mean i have to buy a "special" email service from cowon to get mails ???
What you think ???? COWON have to change the service - not me !!! My mails working perfect for all receivers, i ever send an email - only Cowon have problems to "get" mails ^^ eh... you donīt read the poostigs here , right ? Maybe you will see, EVERYONE has big problems to get reply from cowon !!! So, COWON HAVE TO CHAGE SOMETHING - NOT THE USERS !!!!!! by the way... what you mean with: "refrain from using fowl language" ??? eh, Man... i think, its better, you donīt try to make answers if you donīt interestet in user problems ! Iīm NOT amused about your way to answer questions ! ![]()

Sven, I'm just trying to help. It doesn't seem like you even have considered the possibility that the problem is not on our end. If an e-mail is not received and the problem is on our end, then your e-mail provider should provide an e-mail stating that the e-mail was undeliverable. Since I'm guessing that's the issue. Please post the reply you get from your e-mail service.
Fowl language means bad words. Please refrain from using them when requesting information. You've been warned by others on this forum about ettiquitte, please be corteous and professional. I try to read what I can of the postings, but keep in mind that I have other responsibilities that need to have priority before I view anything on this thread.
