My experence, although a little frustrating, has not been the same as yours. Their Web page could use some revamping, and it's a little tricky to find what you need to do. Other than that I am satisfied.

I have just completed a request for an RMA for my G3. The on/off switch no longer works. I had the same problem with my wife's G3 last year, got the RMA, returned it and had it back a short time later. Hopefully it will be returned soon.

I have also owned an RCA Lyra and a Creative Muvo. I now own a 5th generation iPOD Video, which I very rarely use, and my G3. The iPOD is nice, but for everyday use, the Cowon is hands down my favorite. I do wish the on/off switch was revamped with a more durable one, but until I see something better out there, I'll stick with my G3. I primarly use it for MP3 audio books and music. The radio feature is great at ballgames.... I am a heavy user and can usually go 5 + days a single AA battery. Can't do that with my iPOD.

When I placed the order I wrote down the customer information so I could log in later, but no.

When I try to log in it says bad user / password.
So I create a new account, and it never sends the confirmation email.

They make it impossible to do anything without logging in, can't contact support, or verify orders- and you can't log in, so there's no support!

wtf, f- these guys.

Then on the order, back when I placed it- I did manage somehow to submit something that got a response to my inbox with regard to shipping- in that email they say '...don't hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.'

- And that email comes from 'noreply@....'.

What a horrible company.

I spent an hour on the phone this morning attempting to reach a live body with no avail. If no one from Cowon emails me back by tomorrow morning, I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge.
