Can anyone help?

I have tried to contact jetaudio by email ( a couple of different addresses that I was told to try), and all of them keep coming back to me. I really need help with the following, and no one has responded on the forum. I have no way of contacting them.

I downloaded jet Audio a couple of days ago, and now I am trying to add a favorite radio station. After clicking on the link in my new album, it starts to buffer, but will only go up to 8 or 14 %. As a result, I am unable to listen to it. Can you help me? Thanks.
