new X5l problems

just got my new X5L in the mail and i noticed a slight clicking noise coming from it every now and then, i know this is a hdd model so i was wondering could the hard drive be bad or is the faint clicking noise i hear normal for switching tracks or something? it would **** if the unit was bad right out of the box. any help would be nice, thanks

Re: new X5l problems

From my experience, the clicking noise is normal. Every time the HD needs to be accessed, it will click. Unless the X5 is not functioning properly, don't worry about it.
