networking capabilities. An image of the iAUDIO M3 was also included

options including FM tuner, recording, battery life, sound quality,
slim design, easy setup and use, fast data transfer, and analog line-in
recording. Although the player received criticism for its remote display,
slow scrolling speed, small LCD screen, and USB port location, the

TechTips 101
Bob featured iAUDIO M3 in the December 1st TechTips segment. The
review was overall positive stating that compared to the iPod, the
iAUDIO M3 is "clearly smaller, lighter and thinner." Although
the player received criticism for its design, Bob gave high remarks
on its features, describing it as delivering "exceptional sound
quality, tremendous versatility and value."
The segment also aired on Philadelphia KYW’s "Tech Reports"
on December 2, 2004. |

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
New electronic gadgets add power to holidays
| Nate included iAUDIO M3 in the holiday gift guide. The blurb on
the M3 reads, "the iAudio M3 from Cowon (or JetAudio) packs a
lot of stuff into a player not much bigger than a pack of cigarettes.
The player includes a 20GB hard disk, a desktop sync and charge cradle.
You can transfer MP3 files to your PC. It holds up 5,000 songs and
the file transfer software allows you to rapidly transfer music from
a CD to MP3 files. All of the features, including an FM tuner, voice
recorder and line-in recorder, are controlled by remote ($299)." |

|
POP quiz, hotshot: What good is an MP3
player's navigation menu if it's hidden in your jeans pocket? No good
at all, of course. That's why JetAudio has moved the LCD screen from
the player to a matchbook-size remote that clips onto a shirt of belt.
Track info is always viewable, and, as a bonus, the screenless iAudio
is 15 percent thinner and lighter than the iPod.

NATIONAL CEOGRAPHIC ADVENTURE Review

|
The sleek, slim iAudio competes head-on
with the 40GB iPod. It costs the same and has approximately the same
dimensions (although the iAudio is slightly lighter).

Chicago Sun-Times Review
Smaller than iPod, tiny iAudio M3 packs a wallop
The iAudio M3 from Cowon packs a lot of capabilities into a player
that's slightly smaller and lighter than an Apple iPod. You'll just
have to squint to use them all on the M3's tiny screen.
The M3 player includes a 20-gigabyte hard disk, a desktop sync- and-charge
cradle and a portable syncing attachment to make traveling with it
easier. Its attractive, polished aluminum chassis is protected by
an included "fashionable carrying case." The sound quality
from the included Cresyn earbuds is very good, and the player starts
up quickly when powered on. Its rechargeable battery provides up to
14 hours of playback time.
The sleek unit also includes an FM tuner, a voice recorder and line-in
recorder. You can use the line-in option to record MP3s from analog
devices such as cassette recorders, and you can record your radio
favorites digitally from the FM tuner.
The bad news is that all these features must be controlled from a
separate, wired remote control with a very small, crowded screen.
The wired remote control is about the size of a matchbook.

Bloomberg Bootcamp Review
"Like an iPod on a Low Carb Diet"
The overall review featured on Bootcamp had a positive tone, stating
that the player's "style and features make it worth a look."
The M3's ability to record directly from audio sources, built-in FM
radio and microphone feature, battery life, and sound quality make
the player "One of the most unique music players on the market."
The M3’s remote control setting was stated a "neat idea
that some users will like… and some won't." Compared to
the iPod, the M3 was viewed as having more complicated interface and
not being as intuitive. |

Gizmodo.com Review
| The iAudio makes a claim to be the World's Smallest 20GB hard disk-based
music player (there's a 40GB version now, too) and it clearly is,
as long as you ignore the inline remote, where the engineers have
offloaded the LCD screen and most of the controls. It's not a bad
gimmick, really, and for somebody that uses in-line remote (I happen
to love them), it really makes a lot of sense. |

Style & Design 2004: Eye Tunes
The 20GB JetAudio iAUDIO M3 is slimmer and lighter than the iPod,
but offers more features -and FM radio and recording capabilities
- and up to 14 hours of battery life.

The Tech Lounge.com Review
| Through my testing, I found the iAudio M3 to be excellent in every
respect. It's the smallest, most light-weight player in its class,
which JetAudio achieved without sacrificing features or cutting corners.
The build quality is outstanding, ear buds are included with the player,
and the M3 has lots of nice features. |

COMPUTER SHOPPER Magazine Review

|
Feature-Rich Player Defeats iPod on Size
We found the player's sound clean and strong through our Shure E3c
test headphones. Files transferred at a blazing 8.12MB per second,
besting the iPod's speed. The M3 also averaged an impressive 10.8
hours of continual playback per battery charge, longer than the iPod's
7.8-hour showing.

Forbes.com - Coolest Gadget Gift Guide
| Of course, the iPod is great and everybody loves it, but if you
want something just a little sleeker, a little smaller and a little
lighter, that something is the Cowon iAUDIO M3. |

ign.com Review
| Cowon took an interesting approach by simply making the smallest
possible player it could. The result is an HDD portable that is smaller
and lighter than an iPod. However, as you'll soon learn, Cowon didn't
skimp on any features. |

CNET Review - CNET Editor's Choice
| We've been waiting for more than two and a half years for a high-capacity MP3 player smaller than the iPod, and finally, we're holding one in our hands. |

User Review
| The All in all, the iAUDIO M3 is an amazing feat of engineering
and design. It looks great, sounds great, feels great and is great
in almost every way. |
